Audi 3.0T Port Injection
Audi 3.0T Port Injection preorder will start on 5/1/2024!
We will have multiple options with the Port Injection:
Option 1: $1,599.00
This option will only include the machined components. Those components include: Driver side injection block, fuel rail and tumbler valve bypass. Passenger side injeciton block, fuel rail and tumbler valve bypass. Additional components are AN6 fuel fittings for pluming into your fuel lines. We do not offer vehicle specific fuel lines as they vary too much between the different 3.0T models.
Option 2: $2,019.00
This option includes all of the machined components listed in option 1, with the addition of 550cc flow matched injectors. The 550cc injectors are large enough to supply enough fuel for big power, but small enough for good drivability.
Option 3: $2,734.00
This option includes all of the machined components listed in option 1, the 550cc flow matched injectors from option 2 and a split second controller loaded with a base file.
Option 4: TBD
We are working on the possibility on an off the shelf tune that has been calibrated for the use of E85 and this kit. Stay tune for more info.
Test Data
This is the progression of events for our testing.
Mods on the car are: 203/57 PR, Stock throttle body, stock blower, No WMI/chiller, Merc racing HX with divorced system, ECS intake, headers paired with stock exhaust.
On our initial dyno test we used E40 on the Integrated Engineering E40 tune. This was to create a baseline on the dyno as the IE E40 was the standard back in 2020.
We made 509hp at around 6,200 rpm and over 500 ft-lbs of torque around 3,500 rpm. This was with a DA of –500ft.
Then, on the same day, we moved to the HP Tuners E85 tune.
Mods on the car are: 203/57 PR, Stock throttle body, stock blower, No WMI/chiller, Merc racing HX with divorced system, ECS intake, headers paired with stock exhaust.
We made 560hp at around 6,100 rpm and over 550 ft-lbs of torque around 4,400 rpm. This was with a DA of +300ft.
Then we went back another day with a ported blower and 82mm throttle body.
Mods on the car are: 203/57 PR, 82mm throttle body, ported blower, No WMI/chiller, Merc racing HX with divorced system, ECS intake, headers paired with stock exhaust.
We made 573hp at around 6,100 rpm and 549 ft-lbs of torque around 4,200 rpm. This was with a DA of +1011ft.
Then we went to the drag strip to get some race data. The track was my local 1/8 mile in Mooresville NC.

2010 S4 6 speed, Full weight, IE Beta E85, MPI, ECS intake, JXB front diff. 3.56 pulley ratio, 5R clutch, Autotech HPFP, Mike Bunton Ported Blower, IABED 82mm Throttle body, Mertop headers
