SHIPPING POLICY

At German Performance Solutions, we take pride in our efficient and reliable shipping process to ensure that our customers receive their orders in a timely and satisfactory manner. We understand that every customer's needs are unique, and we strive to accommodate all of their requests to the best of our abilities.

Orders are processed and shipped every Friday (for orders placed before Thursday at 11:59 PM EST), using USPS Priority Mail to ensure that your order is delivered safely and securely. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, so you can easily monitor your package's progress and expected delivery date.

Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location. However, we will do our best to ensure that your order is shipped and delivered as quickly as possible.

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

We offer a 3-year warranty on all our products. If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us for a replacement or refund. (We will not accept the return of items obviously damaged by the customer.) Non-defective products may be returned within 30 days of purchase. The customer is only responsible for return shipping costs. Contact our team for instructions on initiating a return. We are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction.
